Writer, composer, actor, voice actor, and a bunch of other things, though yet to be paid for any of it (other than a few pittances from Lulu, Zazzle, Society6, and Spoonflower).

I started in cosplay in 2019, at the tender age of 58. I prefer characters that people will (in most cases) recognize, but that don't have a bunch of other people at any given con also playing: Richard Castle, the Shadow, Harpo Marx, Captain Klutz, and the like.

I like to think of myself as a sort of "Clown Prince of Cosplay," with a collection of my own humorous cosplays as well as inspirational looks at those of others.

I also consider myself a bit of an expert on what I call "special needs cosplay" -- cosplay for those of us with unusual physical characteristics, such as size, age, amputations, and so forth (including my own near-blind left eye).

I try to attend an average of 3-4 conventions a year, budget allowing.
