Biography:
James Urbaniak is the voice of Dr. Venture on Adult Swim's long-running animated series The Venture Brothers. Other animation credits include appearances on Adventure Time, Metalocalypse, OK K.O.!, Close Enough, Lego Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures and the games Fallout: New Vegas, Manhunt, Star Wars: The Old Republic and High on Life. His extensive TV work includes regular roles on Hulu's Difficult People and Comedy Central's Review and guest appearances on The Office (recurring role as Rolf), Better Call Saul, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Supergirl, Dickinson, Lodge 49, For All Mankind, Documentary Now! and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. James has acted for such film directors as Richard Linklater, Todd Haynes, Jennifer Phang, Michael Almereyda, Barry Levinson, Andrew Dosunmu, Julie Taymor, Ang Lee, George Clooney, Hal Hartley, Steven Spielberg (The Fabelmans) and Christopher Nolan (the upcoming Oppenheimer). He is a frequent guest on comedy podcasts such as Welcome to Night Vale, Mission to Zyxx and The Thrilling Adventure Hour and with co-writer Brie Williams he created the scripted podcasts Getting on with James Urbaniak, A Night Called Tomorrow and I Will Never Lie to You (on Audible.com).
