Biography:
Okitsugu Kado is a professionally trained sushi chef known as the "Vegetable God", for his amazing food carving skills.
He's studied in French restaurants, under a top executive chef, and run his own sushi restaurant for 23 years. Thanks to his intense training and knife skills - Kado's a culinary force to be reckoned with who makes dishes almost too visually appealing to eat!
Kado's presented his Star Wars themed carvings at Star Wars Celebration multiple times, won 4th place at the 2013 Euro Carving championship, and regularly delights fans with fruit & veggie interpretations of their favorite characters.
