Biography:
EMILY NEVES has voiced more than 75 anime for Sentai Filmworks and FUNimation. She started with a bit role in Kiba in 2008, and has since voiced a wide range of characters; from two-year-old Setsuko in Grave of the Fireflies to bad-ass terrorist-turned-heroine Uryuu Minene in Future Diary. Other favorite roles include Yuuko Kanoe in Dusk Maiden of Amnesia, Ayase in Guilty Crown, Kanade "Angel" Tachibana in Angel Beats, Kotomi Ichinose in Clannad, and many, many more. Emily is also a veteran of the Houston stage, where she has appeared in more than thirty plays in the last six years. She has appeared in several short films, and a few commercials. Fans may remember her brief turn as a Hollywood semi-finalist on season four of American Idol, but hopefully not. Emily is also a screenwriter, singer/songwriter, and visual artist.
