Biography:
Kelly was born in Northern Manitoba, Canada. In 2006, she attended Sheridan Institute of Art and Design, where she completed the Bachelors of Applied Arts: Animation program. Shortly after graduating, she began work in Toronto for various studios such as Cuppa Coffee Studios.
Deconstructions of gender roles and stereotypes play a large part in her personal works, which include her webcomic, "Manly Guys Doing Manly Things." She has also worked on animated television shows such as "Big Soul," "Ugly Americans" on Comedy Central, and "Good Vibes" on MTV. She has her own Tumblr account, http://coelasquid.tumblr.com.
