Biography:
As a way to get more involved with his mother's Japanese heritage, Shion Francois started promoting Japanese music over 9 years ago through his radio station, JSHOXX Radio. Since then, JSHOXX has grown into an artist agent/talent management company representing Japanese and American musicians, Japanese voice actors and actresses, Japanese film actors and actresses, Japanese fashion brands, manga artists and creators, as well as DJs.
He has produced U.S. music releases for bands such as Earthbound Papas (led by Nobuo Uematsu of Final Fantasy fame), Saber Tiger, AYABIE, and OZ. He has also lent his writing skills to visual kei band ALSDEAD, and has produced and directed music videos for guitarist TAKASHI (JAIL) O'HASHI (ex:SEIKIMA-II/Big Bridges).
Shion Francois has been featured in both U.S. and Japanese national magazines including Anime Insider, Cure, and SHOXX. JSHOXX Radio continues to stream 24/7 for free, with plans for expansion in the near future with JSHOXX TV.
