J-Con 2018
August 24-25, 2018
The Riverside Centre
Derby
Costume Convention with Anime, Gaming, and Video Gaming programming
J-Con is now recognized as one the UK's most successful cosplay conventions. Have you tried to describe J-Con to someone? It's not easy! Some say we're an anime convention, a cosplay convention, a comic convention (according to the papers) and with large subsections of gaming, card playing, Japanese Fashion, B.J.D. and traditional Japanese culture, we could be described as any one of about a hundred things. In fact we're all the above, and more. The journey to where we are has been long, with many lessons learned. We hope you come along to J-Con one year and see for yourself - there's nothing quite like it!
